01/ Before use, make sure the massage instrument can be started. If not, charge it with the included cable.

02/ Unfold the product by separating the adhesive parts of the Velcro.

03/ Secure the massager to your lower limbs and adjust the tightness.

04/ Press and hold the power key to start. The default setting is light air pressure massage with low-grade hot compress for 15 minutes.

05/ Use the open key to switch between massage modes (Soothe relax, Knead active, Lift massage).

06/ The default time is 15 minutes, after which the device will automatically turn off.
